  • From the tips of your toes to the top of your head, Pilates can make a difference!
  • Understand your gait (walking pattern) and how to adapt it.
  • Learn how to fire your core, glutes and protect your spine during walking and standing.
  • Use an adapted version of Joseph Pilates toe corrector (yours to take away) to stretch, strengthen and realign your feet.
  • Learn simple exercises you can integrate into your daily routine to boost your balance and proprioception.
  • Open access – you do not need any Pilates experience or to be an existing client to attend!
