In this 2 hour workshop we learn the basics of how to use your core and body awareness to protect your spine and other joints.

This might inspire you to attend regular classes (open to a Men’s Class!), but at the very least you’ll take away tips and techniques to:

  • reduce unnecessary muscle tension through the shoulders, back and legs
  • increase background core strength
  • improve your mechanics to protect your joints
  • avoid damaging postures

All equipment provided, including mats – just bring your sense of humour and an open mind. Your other half might have been suggesting you try this…..come and give it a go!
